Atlas Machina Inc. (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”)

This policy explains what information we collect on atlasmachina.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and your choices. It covers this marketing website only. If you are a customer using the Atlas Machina platform, your agreement with us governs that data.

What we collect

Information you give us. If you submit your email address through the request form on our homepage, we collect that email address. We also record the date and time of your submission and the IP address it came from, and we confirm that you checked the “I am human” box. We don’t ask for anything else.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider may record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time of your visit. These are standard server logs. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or other tracking technologies.

Cookies. The Site does not use cookies.

How we use your information

We use your email address to send you an automatic confirmation that we received your request and to follow up with you about Atlas Machina. We use your IP address and the “I am human” confirmation to prevent spam and abuse of the form. We use server logs to operate the Site and keep it secure.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and handle your request:

• Render hosts the Site and stores form submissions in its database.
• Postmark sends the confirmation email to you and a notification of your request to our team.
• Google (Gmail) hosts our company email, which receives that notification.

These providers may use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the company. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Do Not Track

The Site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and no third parties collect that kind of information through the Site. Because there is no such tracking to turn off, we do not change how the Site works in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address and submission details until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them to respond to you. Our hosting provider keeps server logs for 14 days.

Your choices

If you no longer want to hear from us, reply to any email we send or write to success@atlasmachina.com, and we will stop contacting you. You can also ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, by emailing success@atlasmachina.com. California residents may use the same address for any privacy request.

Security

The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to submitted information is restricted to authorized Atlas personnel. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page and revise the effective date above.
